Shuttle drivers

The hotel's shuttle drivers give the hotel written SMS consent; staff record the date of that consent before texts to a driver's number are enabled, and changing the number clears it. Drivers receive a text for each airport pickup or drop-off and a cancellation notice if a ride is cancelled, with the guest's name, number of guests and bags, terminal (and door for pickups), and mobile number so a driver can find the guest. Drivers may reply STOP at any time, or HELP for help; START resumes dispatch texts under the same written consent.
